SCOPE OF WORK:
Complete remodel of rooms S918 and S1118 from traditional classrooms, circa 1950, to state of the art laboratory classrooms. Rooms S918 involves alterations of approx. 1880 square feet and Room S1118 approx. 1470 square feet of existing space & related corridor. Additional, Room S918 includes cabinetwork, audio-visual teleconferencing and room control systems, data network, and room security system. Room S1118 includes audio-visual and data network systems, fixed wood laboratory casework, and relocatable casework system capable of connecting to and disconnecting from an overhead utility system.
