SCOPE OF WORK:
This project included the renovation of approximately 6,000 GSF in the Millberry Union Building West, Fourth Floor. The new space will provide offices, conference room, commons rooms, and toilets. The work includes demolition, construction of new walls, ceilings, floors, and related electrical, mechanical, and fire protection work. The mechanical work includes a new heating and ventilating unit and duct work on the roof.
