SCOPE OF WORK:
Remodel existing space to provide new offices. Work included addition of new partitions, ceilings, lighting, casework, and finishes. Work also included new wiring and panels from the existing building service, and modification of existing duct work and the extension of the existing fire sprinkler system to serve remodeled areas of the new project. Area work was approximately 12,000 square feet.
