SCOPE OF WORK:
Existing first floor laboratory, Room 101, in a three-story wood
building was remodeled into a private research laboratory, offices,
and accessible bathroom. Existing second floor laboratory, Room
218, was modified to accommodate equipment and darkroom use. Project
scope included selective demolition and installations upgrading
to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems. Finish work
encompassed new casework, frames and doors, flooring, ceiling, painting,
and other various laboratory and office appurtenances.
